Private Sessions & Personal Training

One-on-one sessions fully customized to your wellness objectives — strength, cardio, yoga, pilates, corrective exercise, self-myofascial rolling, or a blend. Your body changes from week to week; so does your session.

The science on strength training: After age 40, adults lose roughly 1% of muscle mass per year. Research shows progressive strength training 2–3 times a week rebuilds muscle and strength, preserves bone density, improves walking speed and balance, and protects independence and vitality with age.

Small-Group Classes

Strength, cardio and sculpt, HIIT, kickboxing, step, Tabata and interval training, mat pilates, multi-style yoga (yin-yang, restorative), and stretch and flexibility. Small groups mean real attention to your form — and the energy and accountability of practicing together.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is the professional application of the principles and practices of yoga to promote health and well-being within a therapeutic relationship that includes personalized assessment, goal setting, lifestyle management, and yoga practices for individuals or small groups.

Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence 
​Customized, highly interactive mindfulness and emotional intelligence programs for individuals, corporations, non-profits, libraries and community centers — workshops, courses, multi-week series, off-sites, and one-on-one coaching. Priya is a certified SIY Global instructor (the mindfulness-based emotional intelligence curriculum born at Google).

The science: Clinical trials show pilates-based core work improves spinal stability and trunk flexibility, and outperforms general exercise for reducing low-back pain and improving daily function.

​​The goals of yoga therapy include eliminating, reducing, or managing symptoms that cause suffering; improving function; helping to prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence of underlying causes of illness; and moving toward improved health and wellbeing.
