Therapeutic Yoga

Yoga Therapy
A personalized, one-on-one process led by a trained yoga therapist to address a particular physical, mental, emotional condition or preparing or rehabilitating from surgery. Beginning with a thorough assessment, you receive a tailored plan — drawing on movement, breath, meditation, and lifestyle guidance — designed to work alongside conventional medical care toward a defined therapeutic goal. Grounded in both yogic tradition and modern health science, it is the most individualized and clinically oriented of our three yoga modalities, supporting recovery, resilience, and lasting change from the inside out.
