Wellness by Design is the practice of Priya Kasturi: certified wellness coach, yoga and pilates instructor, personal trainer, yoga therapist-in-training, and mindfulness facilitator. Here, ancient wisdom and modern science meet — in private sessions, small-group classes, yoga therapy, and mindfulness-based emotional intelligence programs for individuals, groups, and organizations.
